Privacy Policy for Web X

Web X and Web X (Lite) are Chrome extensions designed to enhance your browsing experience by allowing you to remove elements from web pages using simple hotkeys.

Data Collection and Use

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or non-personal user data.

Web X operates entirely on your local machine. It does not connect to any external servers, does not perform any tracking, and does not analyze your browsing history. All actions, such as deleting or restoring elements on a webpage, occur locally within your browser's memory and affect only the current webpage's visual structure (DOM).

Third-Party Access

No third parties have access to any information through this extension. Since the extension does not collect any data, there is no data to share, store, or sell.

Security

Because Web X does not transmit any data, the risk of data exposure is eliminated. The extension simply modifies the appearance of the current web page based on user input.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated if the functionality of the extension changes in a way that affects user data.
